🗣️ Why do the tickets come in different price tiers?

There are Standard Ticket options and a Premium Ticket Option.

Standard Ticket Includes: Admission & Swim. *You must add 'swimming pass' to your basket along with your ticket at checkout

Premium Ticket Includes: Admission to V.I.P area, A Champagne Feasting Lunch, Priority Swimming, live music from Katy Hill, Priority Swimming *You must add 'swimming pass' to your basket along with your ticket at checkout

There is only a limited amount of tickets we can sell. Therefore we operate a festival style ticketing model. The earlier you buy your ticket the cheaper it will be.

 

🗣️ What happens when I book an activity or experience?

We’ll contact you ahead of the event with further details. We recommend booking early, as spaces are limited and you may not be able to book on the day.

🗣️ Will there be more tickets available if the event is sold out?

Once this event is sold out, there will not be any additional tickets released. Tickets will not be available to buy at the gate. ​​​

🗣️ Can I swim?

Yes! To take part, please add “Swimming Pass” to your basket at checkout. We’ll then email you an e-form, which you’ll need to sign and return to us. A swimming time will be allocated to you ahead of the event.

We recommend bringing a changing towel. There is one small changing room available, which can accommodate up to three people at a time.

🗣️ Can I buy food?

Food is not included in the standard ticket. However, food will be available to purchase at the event, with an Asado BBQ on offer. We recommend adding this to your ticket before checkout. Food will be served from 3-6pm.

🗣️ Can I buy drink?

Yes. There are two fully licensed bars on site. No cash. Credit cards only.

🗣️ Will my bags get searched?

Bag searches may be conducted by our security team on arrival and departure.

🗣️ Can I get a refund?

All tickets are non-refundable and non transferrable. In the event of rain the event will still go ahead as we have cover.​​​​​
