Q WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY TICKET?
A There are two ticket options:
PREMIUM TICKET: An All Inclusive Champagne Mediterranean Platter Lunch (12pm - 2pm). All day event access and priority swimming.
STANDARD TICKET: Your ticket price permits entry to the Pool Party and a welcome drink.
Access into meditation & group classes, pop-ups, activities and parking are not included. BBQ & drink is an additional cost. All these are available to purchase when you buy either a Premium or Standard Ticket.
Q CAN I SWIM AT THE POOL PARTY?
A Swimming is available and will be open from 12pm to 5pm. It is included in the ticket price. If you would like to swim you will need to tick the box before you check out. Before the event we will email with more details and information you will need to complete.
Q WHAT SAFETY MEASURES WILL BE IN PLACE ?
A There will be security at the event. They will have the right to check bags when entering and exiting the party.
No more then 30 people will be permitted in the pool at any one time. No one will be allowed in the pool under the influence of drugs an alcohol. Guests are asked to abide by Pool rules, displayed by the pool.
We accept credit cards only.
Q CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
A No. This is an adult only event.
Q WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?
A Bring towels/beach mats/changing towel as we have one changing room. Bring a warm layer in case it gets chilly later on. Food & Drink are available to buy. Tap water will be available in jugs.
We do not accept cash. Credit card payments only
Red House Venue accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Q IS THERE PARKING?
A Yes but there is limited parking. We woud like you to get dropped off and collected if possible. Where that is not possible you can buy a car park ticket . This will go to our Charity.
Q CAN I BRING MY DOG?
A No sorry.
Q WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
A We cannot accept refunds sorry.
