Imagine being cocooned in a warm, insulated suit, floating effortlessly on the water, immersed in a mesmerising soundscape that transports you somewhere else entirely. The outside world fades away. The sounds encompass you. You feel the gentle movement of the water, breathe in the crisp night air and gaze up at the stars.

You’ll wear our specially designed, insulated and fully waterproof flotation suit over your clothes and outer garments. With only your face exposed to the elements.
Wearing high fidelity headphones, you’ll be immersed in a specially created, streamed soundscape designed to transport you into another world.
The water supports you, creating a feeling of weightlessness, while the immersive sound surrounds you. It’s an opportunity to switch off, let go and experience deep relaxation in a completely different way.
Scientific studies have shown that floating can help reduce cortisol and stress, improve sleep and support both physical and mental wellbeing.
Each FLOAT & FLOW experience has been carefully created to stimulate the senses through immersive audio, while the sensation of floating invites you to fully let go.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
For your first Immersive float please arrive 15 minutes early. This allows us to give you a full walkthrough of the technology and ensure you are comfortable before your session begins.
Floating:

🧦 Thick, warm socks and slippers if you like! Double up. Wear gloves and even a scarf to keep your neck warm.

Leggings or comfortable trousers that can be tucked into your socks. We recommend a thermal layer too.

Layers, layers, layers! Dig your thermals out. The warmer and cosier, the better.

A warm jacket or thick fleece - your flotation suit will be worn over your outdoor clothing, including your winter jacket.
Avoid: Dresses, skirts, jeans and long coats.
Here's how they work:
🧥 Thermal insulation – The suit creates a protective barrier between your body and the cold water. Your clothing underneath provides additional insulation, helping to retain your natural body heat.
💧 Completely waterproof – The suit is designed to prevent water from reaching your clothing, so you stay dry throughout your float.
🌡️ Trapped air for warmth – Air trapped within the suit and your clothing helps reduce heat loss, creating an insulating layer between you and the water. Your suit will keep you as warm as you already are and the water is cold so your suit has to work hard so we urge you to come prepared.
☁️ Effortless buoyancy – The suit's buoyancy allows you to lie comfortably on the surface without swimming or making any physical effort.
✨ Designed for cold water environments – These specialist suits are made for thermal protection in demanding conditions such as The Arctic Circle, allowing us to offer Float & Flow experiences in the coldest of months.
Think of it as wrapping yourself in a protective, insulated cocoon while floating beneath the open sky.
What to Expect – Getting Into Your Flotation Suit 💦
Getting into your flotation suit is all part of the Float & Flow experience!
Allow approximately 8 minutes to get suited up. Our team will be there to help you every step of the way.
🎧 Your sound experience
You'll be given your own set of earplugs and a small audio receiver, approximately the size and weight of a mobile phone. This clips securely onto your trousers inside the suit.
Your earplugs are for your personal use only and will not be shared.
🧥 Getting into your suit
Our team will help you put your suit on
If you have long hair, please tie it back before getting dressed.
The hood is designed to feel snug and it may feel a little tight initially. This will become more comfortable once you're in the water.
💫 How will it feel?
You will probably look and feel a little like a Teletubby!
Movement will feel a little restricted, so please walk slowly and carefully.
💦 Entering the water
Our team will personally assist you into the pool, helping you settle into a comfortable floating position.
Once you're floating, the experience changes completely. The water supports you, the weight of the suit feels different, and you can simply lie back, look up at the sky and immerse yourself in sound.
