The minimum hire for half a day is from £2000, depending on event, day, numbers. The Venue is hired mostly on a full day. The hire area is a Heated Pool, Pool House with Kitchen, Pool Patio area with curated seated shaded areas and club aesthetic sofas, Bamboo Chairs draped with luxury white Reindeer Hides, changing room for 3 persons, 1 Toilet, Beach area and Garden.

9am - 9pm. Curfew 10pm.
The pool house is 6 metres x 5 metres. The kitchen area has a 1.5metre prep area, toaster, oven, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer and 72 bottle wine fridge. Cutlery is not provided. There are two sofas in the pool house.
There is parking in the paddock behind the pool area for 50 cars. Access is via the main gate. Cars take a direct right and follow the signs. There is loading access for suppliers close to pool. Alternatively, take the train to Ashford International, then get an uber.
The Pool is 9m long and 5 metres wide. Approx 2 metres at the deep end and 1.2 at the shallow end. It is treated with chlorine. It is heated by solar panels to 28 degrees. If there are any children under 8 years old who are unable to swim a lifeguard will be required.
There is one indoor hot/cold Dyson heater. There is one electric gazebo heater and 2 outdoor log fires. We provide wood for the fires. The fire surrounds get very hot.
There is rain cover in the Pool Room and 2 Aluminium Gazebos for about 50 people
Stream your own playlists is easy on our Bowers & Wilkins surround surround system. Go onto your app store and download SONOS S1 (make sure it is Sonos S1 only). This allows you to play music from the Venues Sonos/Spotify account. To play your own music on Spotify, make sure you are on the Wifi, log into your own Spotify account. Sonos password: Email djjbarnett@gmail.com Password @Sonos00. There is no PA System. Live Mics are not allowed. We have acoustic fencing around the pool so sound is directed into that area. Noise must not excced 65db by the gate, That means that you can turn up the music loud and dance your heart out.
Yes. There is a solid wood porcelain bar 1.8 metres Long with electric supply with 3 bamboo bar chairs.
We provide Wine Chillers. Nothing else.
Yes but we prefer you to use our recommended suppliers. We charge a fee if you use a supplier not on our list. We will need to approve any supplier not on our list. There are no food/alcohol restrictions. There is adequate electric supply.

Yes. It depends on your budget. You can have a stage, decor, gold balls in the pool, a 3 metre round bar under a stretch tent, dancers, fire breathers, jaw dropping floral decor, celebs.......but rest assured the Venue will impress your guests as it is.
